Get fitter, faster and healthier with professional endurance sports coaching
Over a decade of sports coaching experience
I’ve been a full-time professional endurance coach for the past 12 years. In this time, I’ve worked with amateur, elite and professional athletes. Whether working 1-2-1 or with a squad, I help people, like you, get the most from your sport. Whether your a first-time athlete taking your first steps in a new sport or an experienced competitor trying to win a world championship. My aim is to make you fitter, faster and healthier. Helping you make time for and enjoy your sport within your busy life.
Nationally recognised coaching qualifications
Taking time, effort and a great deal of expense, I’ve gained several sports specific qualifications.
I’m a qualified UKCC British Triathlon high performance coach (Level 3).
Mentoring Coaches – Continuing my professional development as a high performance coach, I qualified to mentor coaches for British Triathlon. I now support coaches on British Triathlon’s high performance coaching pathway.
Teaching coaches – In 2017, I was selected to become a Coach Educator for British Triathlon. This means I’m qualified to deliver Level 1 and Level 2 coaching courses on behalf of British Triathlon.
